Scottish Premier League outfit Saint Mirren FC have signed striker Tom Brighton from Millwall FC on a pre-contractual agreement.

The 24-year-old former Scottish Under-21 international and Rangers FC trainee joined Millwall from Clyde FC in summer 2006, but injury blighted his first season and he has not featured at all this term. "Tom will give us options up front – he is quick and strong," said manager Gus MacPherson.
