Olympiacos CFP are two points clear of AEK Athens FC at the Greek Super League summit after both won on Sunday. Konstantinos Mitroglou struck in added time to give Olympiacos a 2-1 win against Larissa FC after they had trailed at half-time while AEK overcame Ergotelis FC 3-1.
But Panathinaikos FC are now four points off top spot after a 4-1 reverse at mid-table OFI Crete FC.
Sporting boosted by Yannick
Fourth-placed Sporting Clube de Portugal moved within two points of SL Benfica in second and Vitória SC in third by winning 2-0 at home against SC Braga.
Portuguese Under-21 international Yannick Djaló scored the goals on 36 and 38 minutes, with Liedson claiming assists for both. Benfica drew 0-0 at Boavista FC with visiting goalkeeper Quim saving a Jorge Ribeiro penalty to earn his side a share of the points.
