Managers have added their voice to the Football Association´s campaign for greater respect to be shown to referees in a wide-ranging survey conducted by the League Managers´ Association.

The LMA spoke to 67 managers across the Premier League and Football League spectrum about a range of issues.

"The LMA and its members fully support the FA´s Respect Campaign initiative," the organisation said. "The LMA will be looking to perform an integral role in the setting of policy in this initiative, with the FA and the game´s other stakeholders."
